2025 September Market Update
1️⃣ Inventory (Listings):There is a lot of housing supply! Both new listings and total active inventory are very high, and properties aren't being sold off quickly enough.
2️⃣ Sales Volume: A seasonal slowdown in sales activity is normal for this time of year. However, compared to September last year, this month's sales actually saw a slight increase, which shows some resilience in the market. This is encouraging! 😄
3️⃣ Pricing:
Detached Homes (Independent Houses):Prices are relatively stable (no significant change).
Townhouses (Linked Houses):These are the main growth driver, recording the highest price increases.
Condo Market (Apartments):The market is weak, and prices continue to fall.

1️⃣房源数量:很多!新上市房源和库存房源都非常多,并且没有消化的很好。
2️⃣销量:销售活动季节性下降是正常现象。同比去年的话,今年九月销量其实略上升一些,市场还算有一些韧性。这个数字值得欣慰[呲牙]
3️⃣价格:价格趋势方面独立屋没什么变化,联排别墅是主要的增长动力,录得最高的涨幅;而公寓市场表现疲软,价格继续下跌。
